FAQ's
Yes. There is a 5 year warranty on all parts and 12 month warranty on all labour.
All glass is 10mm toughened and processed to Australian Standard AS1288
Yes, however there is an extra charge for our installation service. Currently we are only servicing South East Queensland for installation.
We have a showroom at Yatala on the Gold Coast, Caboolture in North Brisbane or you can contact us so we can find you a location close to you.
Yes, we can arrange delivery anywhere in Australia
We can usually dispatch a screen within 48 hours of order received. A delivery fee will apply.
Yes. Some of our customers tile both sides. Others use our channel to paint up to. The channel allows for the wall to be out of plumb and is actually installed to Australian standards with a full wall channel.
Yes. No need for measure or custom glass.
Wall channels are sikaflexed in place before tiling. The wall channels are predrilled if you want to screw them to the wall.
Your first time will take around 45 minutes to install a front return. After you've installed the system once, then it should only take 30-40 minutes after that. For fixed panels, you should only need 10 minutes.
